In an instant, Grace’s face darkened.
Grace was left with no choice now.
She got up swiftly, let out a chuckle, and quickly adjusted her moods.
“Sorry for offending you, Miss Vaughn. Please go home with us,” Grace apologized without hesitation.
Besides, there was a smile on her face.
Juliette felt Grace’s suppressed anger.
“It’s improper to keep the elders waiting, and Miss Clarke already apologized to me. Therefore, let’s go.” Juliette said

Harmony enthusiastically held Juliette’s arm.
She said, “I bought you some cakes from the south of the city. They’re great, and I can’t live without them. You will like them after you taste them”
Grace coldly snorted at Harmony’s enthusiasm and felt that her family had been possessed.
“Grandma let the chef prepare different soups to provide mutrition for you,” Harmony added.
She became chatty after Juliette arrived.
The harmonious scene delighted the elders.
To the elders, nothing was more delightful than a harmonious and happy family.
After several questions about Juliette’s health, the elders led Louis into the house by hand.
Lunch was ready. It was a feast with many dishes, including seafood and different soups.
During lunch, Juliette felt sincerity and warmth from the elders.
“Help yourselves. Your uncle and aunt are busy with work, and your little brother and sister are at school. The rest is already at the table, Dorothy explained to Patrick and Juliette.
She continued, “We will have a family gathering tonight, and all the family members will attend it. You have my word.”
Juliette noticed that Patrick slightly knitted his brows. It seemed Patrick was unhappy with the arrangement that night.
Could his siblings be the reason?
His siblings were the children of his father and Eloise, and they were still going to school.
Dorothy noticed Patrick’s frown too, so she added, “By the way, your little brother and sister have a lot of homework, so they may not make it.”

After a while, Dorothy added, “Juliette just got discharged from the hospital, so she must be weak and tired now. After lunch, take her to your bedroom for a rest, Patrick, and introduce her to the other members of our family at the gathering. I got your bedroom cleaned. Leave Louis to your grandpa and me, and we will take good care of him. Don’t worry.”
Harmony responded, “I can play with Louis. Patrick, have a good rest with Juliette. Nobody will disturb you two.
