“Just for this? You kidnapped my sister for this?” Hailey asked coldly.
Jeanic nodded and answered, “That’s right. As long as you break up with Owen in front of me, I will release her immediately.”
“And if I refuse? What will you do then?” Hailey questioned.
Jeanie raised an eyebrow and challenged, “If you refuse? Well, that’s simple. You, your sister, and that little girl behind you can forget about leaving this private room today.”
As her words fell, several large men immediately blocked the entrance, surrounding Hailey and Eliza.
“Jeanie, you are truly despicable,” Hailey spat. She seemed at a loss and said bitterly, “You had people follow me before, but that didn’t work, so now you’ve resorted to kidnapping my sister. If your fans knew about this, you would be utterly ruined.”
“Don’t worry, they will never find out.” Jeanie smirked smugly and replied, “I am the eldest daughter of the Gibbs family, the biggest star in the entertainment industry. Everyone has to make way for me. Those entertainment media outlets wouldn’t dare expose my scandals.”
Hailey clenched her phone tightly. The screen was currently live–streaming the scene, but since the phone was angled downward, it didn’t show any faces–only the audio was being broadcast.
Hailey had just written a piece of code. At that moment, a trending topic titled “Jeanie Gibbs Kidnapping” had skyrocketed to the number one spot.
When people clicked on it, they were directed to the livestream link.
The livestream screen was completely dark, with only voices coming through.

The moment she opened it, a flood of private messages poured into her X account.
Her eyes immediately landed on the number one trending topic, and her face darkened in an instant.
When she looked up again, Hailey had already pointed the phone’s camera directly at her face.
“What are you doing!” Jeanie instinctively covered her face, her voice filled with anger.
“What am I doing? I’m simply letting your fans see your true colors,” Hailey’s voice was icy as she spoke.
“Since you dared to do something like this, you shouldn’t be afraid of people finding out,” she added.
“Hailey, you’ve gone too far!” Jeanie exclaimed. She took a deep breath and quickly tried to salvage the situation.
Instantly, she transformed back into a delicate, pitiful figure and cried, “Everyone, please don’t misunderstand! This was just a scene. We were only playing a game!”

Just as netizens were arguing fiercely, the livestream screen suddenly went black and then disappeared entirely.

Hailey moved swiftly, grabbing one of the burly men by the neck and taking him down in an instant.
Her movements were light and agile, like a slippery eel. The men scrambled to catch her, but none of them succeeded.
Eliza stood in the back, watching with wide eyes, utterly dumbfounded.
She knew Hailey wasn’t an ordinary person and that she had likely undergone training, but she had never expected her to be this skilled.
Eliza sighed inwardly. Thankfully, she had decided to stop opposing Hailey.
With her small frame, she wouldn’t stand a chance in a fight.
After taking down the last man, Hailey panted slightly, raised a hand to unbutton her collar, and shot a cold gaze at Jeanie.
Jeanie was completely stunned and thought, ‘What kind of monster is Hailey?
‘She actually defeated all of them on her own!‘
Hailey lifted her foot and slowly walked toward Jeanie.
“Eliza, save Casey,” Hailey called out.
Eliza snapped out of her daze and immediately rushed forward to untie Casey.
Casey had been forced to drink a lot of alcohol. The moment she was untied, she bolted straight to the restroom.

Eliza followed closely behind her.
“What…
What do you want?” Jeanie stammered, now genuinely afraid. She shrank into the sofa, her face deathly pale.
“You forced Casey to drink, slapped her across the face, didn’t you?” Hailey sneered.
“Whatever you did to her, do it to yourself now.” Hailey glanced at the bottles of alcohol on the table and demanded, “Drink all of it.”
There were a total of five bottles of whiskey on the table, all with high alcohol content.
Jeanie had a decent alcohol tolerance, but she had never consumed this much in one sitting.
“Oh, and before you start drinking, don’t forget to slap yourself. Hard. If you go easy on yourself, I won’t mind doing it for you.” Hailey spoke lazily.
“You’re going too far!” Jeanie shricked.
“How am I going too far?” Hailey raised an eyebrow and smirked. “I’m only making you experience exactly what you did to Casey. My sister was cherished and protected her entire life. What gave you the right to treat her like that?”
Jeanie’s face turned ashen with rage. She softened her tone and said, “I’ll pay you. Four hundred thousand. Is that enough? Let’s put an end to this.”
Casey, who had just stepped out of the restroom, stopped in her tracks upon hearing Jeanie’s words.
Inside the private room, Hailey’s voice was calm as she said, “700 thousand? Who are you trying to fool?”
Jeanie’s eyes lit up. Gritting her teeth, she increased her offer. “A million. That’s all my savings.”
“1.5 million. Anything less, and there’s no deal,” Hailey said lightly.
“You-!” Jeanie gritted her teeth. “Fine. Deal.”
At the doorway, Casey’s eyes darkened.
She turned and walked away.
Eliza hesitated for a moment, then decided to follow Casey.
“Do it yourself,” Hailey said flatly.
“What?” Jeanie froze. “Didn’t I already pay you?”
“But I never said paying me meant you didn’t have to drink,” Hailey shrugged innocently. “Besides, after what you did to my sister, shouldn’t you at least cover her medical fees and emotional distress compensation?”
