Serena gasped in horror. “Harvey, don’t do anything rash. He’s your father and the head of the Weller family! If you rebel against him, you’ll certainly die.”
Harvey scoffed. “I’m not stupid enough to openly commit patricide. Just keep giving him that

drug I provided daily, but from today, increase the dosage. His health is failing, fast, and I’m sure he won’t last a month!”
Serena shivered and protested, “No, if it’s too obvious and he discovers it, I’ll be executed. I’m already doing enough by helping you, so don’t push me to take more risks.”
Harvey remained silent, his eyes roaming over his stepmother’s curves as a lustful smile spread across his face.
He whispered menacingly, “Serena, we’re in this together now. We’ve already crossed lines we shouldn’t have. If you don’t help me, and Dad find out what’s between us, do you think you’ll survive?”
Serena raised her hand in fury to slap him. “You bastard, are you threatening me?”
Harvey caught her hand and roughly pulled her close, breathing heavily as he whispered in her ear, “Better do as I say, Serena. Your life will only get better once I become the head of the family. Dad’s already got orle foot in the grave, and I know you’re tired of his half–dead state. Unlike him, I’m young and full of energy; I can give you everything you want and satisfy you in every way. Helping me is helping yourself.”
Serena’s face flushed with shame as she struggled against his grip, but eventually yielded. ” Alright… alright. You’re such a jerk. I’ll help you, but remember your promises–take care of me when you become the family head.”
Harvey smiled triumphantly and squeezed her bottoms. “Don’t worry, Serena, I’ll keep my word.”
Serena pouted and asked, “What about Christina from Stevens Corporation? What about your relationship with her?”
Harvey dismissed her concerns casually. “Don’t worry about her. You’re the one I care about Christina is just a tool to strengthen the Weller family.”
Satisfied, Serena giggled and kissed his cheek before they separated. She straightened her dress and walked into the living room with a smile. “Darling, you called for me?”
As Harvey turned away from the hall, his smile twisted grotesquely. “Soon… It won’t be long now… Once I become head of the Weller family, Andrew and everyone else who’s looked down on me or opposed me will all get what they deserve!”
“Dr. Lloyd, you want to demolish the Oakridge Club and rebuild it?”

Lauren and Francesca were both shocked. The three of them were dining at a restaurant when Andrew shared his plans.
Andrew nodded. “Yes, I have different plans for IL”
Lauren suggested, “Dr. Lloyd, the Oakridge Club is actually quite profitable. With its prime location, if you continue operations, it would be a valuable asset”
Francesca added, “Oakridge Club is famous in Jayrodale for attracting wealthy patrons. As the new owner, you could follow the existing model and make it even more successful!
Andrew smiled. “Making money isn’t that important to me. After demolishing it, I plan to build a medical center to provide care for Jayrodale’s residents. That’s worth more than anything.”
Lauren grew thoughtful at his words.
Meanwhile, Francesca asked anxiously, “You’re not planning to leave Jayrodale General Hospital to start your own practice, are you? I won’t approve your resignation!”
