Michael gritted his teeth and said, “You have no right to interfere with company personnel. matters. I make the decisions, understand?”
Andrew responded calmly, “Mr. Chapman isn’t just any employee. I’ve read the company rules. Someone of his seniority requires unanimous approval from the board and top five shareholders for termination–isn’t that right?”
