Looking at Hilda who was simply dressed with a little makeup, Rex’s eyes lit up. She is a beauty. Taking her hand Rex spoke up “Hi Miss Hilda, I’m Rex. Nice to meet you.”

Looking at Carmen who was acting all nice with her Hilda didn’t understand but felt panicked. Thinking back, she recalled the wine Carmen handed her. Gritting her teeth she asked. “Carmen what did you put in the drink?”
Smiling Carmen replied. “Seems like you are no fool after all. Mr. Rex ás already taking a liking to you so…” Carmen stopped mid way and smirked. Taking out her phone she called for two bulky looking men to carry Hilda into the hotel room.
Trying her best to break free from their grasps Hilda yelled hysterically. “Carmen, You b*tch! I swear I won’t let you off the hook if anything happens.”

Looking at her who was in a daze, Carmen went back into the hall. “Mr. Rex, my sister wants to see you.”
In the hotel room, Hilda vaguely made out a silhouette. She then felt a cool sensation on her left cheeks before letting out a soft disgruntled murmur. Squinting her eyes, she was taken aback by the figure in front of her.
Feeling weak like jelly, she thought she had just woken up from a dream. She felt like she was walking on the clouds only to fall back down the next second opening her eyes to see a familiar face in front of her.
“Mr. Rex?” She croaked. Hearing her voice she was shocked. Hilda quickly pushed the man on top of her aside and jumped off the bed. “What did you do to me?”

Feeling weak, Hilda bumped into a table and fell to the ground. Seeing her state, the man raised his eyebrow slightly and said with a smile. “Your parents said that you are a virgin when they brought you to me.”
“What?” Hilda shook her head. The last memory she had was when Carmen brought her into the room. Her words lingered inside her ears. So this is what she meant by Mr. Rex taking a liking to me? Hilda’s expression grew more unsightly after seeing the man smirk.

A dangerous glint flashed past the man’s eyes at Hilda’s words. No longer making any advances at her, he looked on as Hilda continued to struggle. “Tsk, tsk sk. What do you think your parents are doing now, along with your beautiful sister and future brother–in–law?”
At this time, Nathan as already arrived at the venue for the birthday and was looking all over the place for Hilda. Since it was the Matriarch’s birthday, he came with the intention of tagging along with a business partner who was close to the Adams family.
As he always kept a low profile, not many people knew him as the CEO of Clemon Group. He dropped down to Taadi with the sole purpose of keeping Hilda company after finding out that she wasn’t related to the Adams family.
At the time he spoke to Hilda about the gift he prepared, he was almost done with his meeting and then headed for the airport to board a plane back to Taadi.
After a while of not seeing her, Nathan asked Stanley to hack into the hotel’s security system to look for a her.
As the celebration was still ongoing, it was time to cut the cake. Carmen was holding unto Daniel as she sighed before saying. “Daniel, Hilda wasn’t feeling well so I took her to one of the rooms prepared for the guests. Let’s go and get her before the cake cutting starts.”
