Looking at her who was in a daze, Nathan become sad. He thought she might have at least known that it was him. But to his dismay, she couldn’t even recognize him.
Pulling her hands off him, Nathan was about to walk into the bathroom when Hilda called out to him with sobs. “Nathan…, you are my husband but you are leaving me.. sob, sob. You are bad.”

Nathan walked back to the bed, held her head and said. “Hilda, you started this.” Before lowering his lips to kiss her. Hilda let out a moan when their lips touched and then locked her hands on his neck like a koala clinging onto a tree.
Kissing passionately with breathe huffing in their mouth, Nathan picked Hilda up and placed her on the bed carefully. Trailing his lips down her neck, shoulder, down to her navel and anywhere he could think of memorizing every bit of her body. Tugging on the waist of her pants, Nathan called out in between heavy breathe. “Pumpkin…”
A groan escaped her lips which made Nathan lost his mind. The feeling was so intense and hot that Nathan couldn’t control himself anymore.
At this time somewhere in the middle of the city, Kyle and Samuel were st
cars. Samuel subdued one car where as Kyle was still in chase of the last.

The driver of that car was really skilled as Kyle found his skills impressive. Kyle was a top notch car racer. Stepping on the accelerator, the body of his Mercedes Benz shook as its engine let out a roar like an angry beast speeding past the other car.

The thugs in the car were muddle headed at the sight of the car passing by them. They started sweating profusely as one spoke up. “Hey, speed up and turn at the nearest corner so as that car not to cross us.
“Damn it! How can someone drive that fast. He is basically courting death.” Another spoke up from the
car.
As they were about to reach the nearest corner, they noticed that the Mercedes Benz was slowing down.
“Hey, quickly catch up to him and crash him.” The man from before who spoke up in the car spoke up yet again. The driver became ecstatic. Although he didn’t understand why the car slowed, he knew he had to do something.
With that thought in mind, the car made a roaring sound as the driver stepped on the gas pedal with his foot again and was about to slam into the Mercedes Benz.
At this moment in the Mercedes Benz, Kyle smirked as he saw the car catching up to him.
In an instant, ‘Boom” with the echo of a roaring sound, the car crashed into nothing.

Because at that moment, the Mercedes Benz in front suddenly drifted and the entire body of the car made a full ninety degrees rotation.
Their car crashed into nothing but the rear of the Mercedes Benz when it drifted which resulted in their car flying into the air as though it was hit by an elephant and crashed into a curbstone by the roadside.

The body of the car shattered and parts flew up and down as the car turned into a pile of metal crap. Looking at this, Samuel was dumbfounded. He already knew about Kyle’s skills but this was way too much.
As for the three men in the car, they were in shock. Kyle opened the door of his Mercedes Benz and out walking towards the car of the thugs.

Getting closer, he open the car which was already shattered and dragged the three men out. Because of how the car carved in, one of the men lost his life as a result and the other two were badly injured.
Staring at them he asked. “Who sent you?” The thugs looked at him but didn’t utter a word.
Noticing this, Kyle let out a sly smile. Samuel who was also standing not too far shook his head and thought. “They slept on the wrong side of their bed last night.”
Kyle was well known in Taadi city for his cunning ways. He was known as a Tyrant who killed his siblings and father to get to the throne of the underworld and there this thugs thought they stood a chance against him.
A glint flashed passed Kyle’s eyes as he asked again. “Im going to ask again. Who sent you?!
One of the thugs spat in front of him and said. “You can do what you want to do, I am not saying sh*t.”
Moving forward to the thug who spoke up, her raised his hand and held his neck before twisting it without a second thought.
When the other thug saw what he did, he shuddered.
With a toneless voice Kyle asked yet again. “Okay. Who sent you?”
With a wobbly voice he replied. “We we hired from Z country. We don’t know why and what but we were asked to kill Nathan.”
“So we hired you?” Kyle was getting impatient.
“I don’t know. We work for a mercenary organization. We are just given the missions without knowing the person behind it.”
“Okay fine. You can join the rest now.” With that said Kyle twisted his neck before making a call to his assistant to get rid of the rest.
Samuel looked at Kyle and said. “Z country?”
“Hmm! I wonder who Nathan made an enemy of this time.” Kyle then walked towards his car after

saying this and drove away.
Samuel waited till Nathan’s assistant and Kyle’s assistant came over to get rid of the bodies before entering his car to drive away.
Meanwhile in Nathan’s residence, the light in the master’s bedroom was off and just a dim bedside lamp was on. Hilda was barely awake after the intense session they just had. Nathan held her in his arms with their limbs pressed together.
Nathan’s chest was heaving as he stared at Hilda in his arms. His lips hovered inches away from hers as he placed short series of pecks on her cheeks before murmuring slowly. “I would never let anyone hurt you again Hilda. From now onwards, I would protect you. No harm will befall you again.”
Hilda seemed to have heard him murmur as she smiled. Nathan then slowly got off the bed and covered Hilda with the blanket before walking into the bathroom to take a shower.
After a while Nathan came downstairs as Samuel and Kyle were already waiting for him. With a serious expression on, Kyle spoke up as soon as he spotted Nathan. “They are assassins‘ from Z country. I think it’s your uncle again.”
Samuel also added. “I think he is still not over the fact that you took control of everything in the company. You got to be careful.”
Listening to them Nathan was silent as a cruel gleam flashed across his eyes. “I have to teach him a lesson since he won’t back off. He haven’t had enough yet”
“Hmm. I heard you already found a woman.” Kyle changed the subject. “You got to introduce her to me Since Samuel as already met her.
Samuel immediately chided. “Your loss though as she is a rare beauty.”
