“For you” Replied Samuel.
Hilda was struck speechless. She looked around and everyone had a glass of something alcoholic be it, wine, liquor, champagne and even cocktail. No one was drinking lemonade so why would Samuel get her lemonade?” Lemonade? Seriously?”
“Yes. Your husband forbid me to make you drink.” Samuel replied. Yes it was Nathan who asked him to make sure Hilda didn’t take any alcoholic beverage. Simply, he didn’t want her drinking anything alcoholic,
Hilda was annoyed but she knew there was no way Samuel would let her take any of the alcoholic beverages and she didn’t know how to convince him either.
Soon the lemonade was served. She took the drink resignedly and followed Samuel to walk around. As they were walking around, she asked, “Any shows tonight?”
“Yeah. As you know, Christopher is an actor himself so definitely, there was suppose to be a show.” Samuel answered as he twirled his wine in his wine glass.
They had barely taken a few steps when someone suddenly called on Samuel. “Samuel? Is that your girlfriend?”
They all turned around to look at who the voice belonged to. It belonged to a pretty lady.
She was in an ice blue long dress which brought out hers curves. She had blonde hair, deep brown eyes and cute lips with red lipsticks.
She was tall and pretty. The ice blue dress brought out her charms. As soon as Samuel saw her, he was mesmerized. The lady was none other than Comfort Michel the elder sister of Kyle Michel.
She was known as a goddess in the business world. She was quick and decisive when it comes to making decisions. And she was also known to be ruthless.
Although she wasn’t as ruthless as Nathan when it came to the business world, in the under ground world she was a storm to be reckoned with.
From the first time Samuel set his eyes on her, he had develop some kind of feelings for her. To him, she was the most prettiest lady in the whole wide world. No one comes close to her beauty.
He had tried many times to struck up a conversation with her but he was always shy when it came to Comfort. She always had a poker face and spoke little..
Samuel looked at her and gulped. In his mind he thought, ‘Oh my God, she is still as prettiest as always.‘ Hilda looked at Samuel who was too stunned by Comfort’s beauty to answer and pinched him at the back without Comfort noticing.
Snapping back to his senses he scratched the back of his head and answered rather embarrassed. “No, she isn’t my girlfriend.”
Although Nathan answered in his mind he continued, ‘How could she be my girlfriend when you have already taken my heart away?!
Comfort smiled and looked at Hilda. “Are you sure she isn’t your girlfriend?”
Samuel hurriedly shook his head this time around. “Nope. She isn’t my girlfriend. She is my mom’s god daughter so she is my sister.”
Hilda was stunned by his answer. Me his sister? Since when did I not know I had a god mother and a brother?”

Comfort was also stunned. “Why haven’t I heard you talk about her before?”
That’s because erm…” As Samuel was stuttering and didn’t know how to answer, Kyle also came at the same time and pulled his sister into her tight hug.
“Sis, I miss you so much. When did you come back?”
Kyle who had always been pampered by his sister had this love and hate relationship with her. He had been together with his sister after he murdered everyone in his family to be the ‘King of the underworld‘ at such a young age.
His sister was the one who took care of him and thought him most of all what he knew now. At that, his love for his sister was that of a mother and son.
Comfort was emba at how Kyle hug her so she pulled a poker face and said coldly. “Pull your self together.
There are a lot of people watching.”
“I don’t care who is watching sis, when did you come back? Why didn’t you tell me so I go pick you from the airport?”
“I just arrived.” Comfort said coldly. Although her voice was cold. Kyle knew his sister love him the same way.
“I guess you have already met our wife.” He looked at Hilda as he spoke.
“Samuel..? Do you mind explaining. I thought you said she isn’t your girlfriend but your sister?” Comfort shot daggers at Samuel as she asked him.
Samuel was frightened out of his wit’s as he saw Hilda’s cold glare on him. “She is but my sister. She is not my wife. Hilda, why don’t you introduce yourself to her” Since Comfort was family, they didn’t mind letting her on about Nathan’s marriage.
Kyle him self was shocked by how Samuel cowers any time he was in front of his sister. But why would he go to such greater length to lie about Hilda being his mother’s god daughter? He was confused himself.
Hilda who was silent all this while smiled and reached out her hand to Comfort. “Hello, I am Hilda Adams from the Adams family and Nathan’s wife.”
Hilda dropped a bomb shell. Comfort looked at her from up to down. She is but a young girl who was in her early twenties so why would Nathan get married to her? But yet again on second thought she thought, it is none of my business what that lad does with his life.
She smiled back and shook her hand. A rare thing from Comfort. “I’m Comfort Michel. The older sister of Kyle. You can call me ‘C‘.”
“Nice to meet you ‘C‘.” Hilda smiled at her.
“Nice to meet you too. But why haven’t I heard about Nathan’s marriage till today?” Comfort asked rather confused.
If Nathan was to get married, the whole of Taadi city should have heard of it but why is she now hearing it?
Hilda smiled bitterly before answering her. “It’s because Nathan and I decided to keep it a secret for now. Only a handful of us know.”
After hearing Hilda’s answered, Comfort nodded. “Okay. Ms. Clemon.” She suddenly joked.
Samuel who had his eyes on her all this while was captivated by her smile. He stood there and was just staring at her foolishly. He was busy admiring her beauty that when he turned to leave with Kyle, he still had his eyes on
her.

Immediately they were out of sight his expression turned grim. Hilda who had noticed his reaction from when Comfort came couldn’t help laughing.
He turned to look at her. “Why are you laughing? What’s funny?”
Hilda shook her head. “No, nothing.”
Samuel thought it didn’t make sense as Hilda was still looking at him and laughing. “Why?” He asked confused at how Hilda was laughing.
“Do you like her?” Hilda calmed herself down and asked.
Samuel was intrigued by her question. He had always had a crush on Comfort but he was good at hiding his feelings that even his friends didn’t know he really had something for her.
To them he was always joking about wanting to be with Comfort so they never took him seriously when he said he had a thing for her.
But here Hilda was asking after her been in contact with the two of them for just some few minutes.
For a minute, he was at a loss at how to answer but then he smiled awkwardly and tried to hide his awkwardness.” Hah? Hahaha. Don’t think too much into it. She is nothing but a goddess to me. I respect her very much.”
Hilda looked at Samuel who was trying to hide his feelings but had an awkward expression on and didn’t bother going further. She just nodded. “Okay. But if you do like her, I would want to tell you to go for it. She is pretty. You shouldn’t sit down and watch someone else take her away.
With that Hilda took a sip of her lemonade and Samuel’s smile froze.
