As soon as David touched Elizabeth, she clung to him immediately. “I just feel like we don’t spend enough time together. What I miss most is that night in the hotel…”
Her hand traced circles on David’s chest.
“Tonight, I think we should relive it,” Elizabeth murmured, unbuttoning his shirt one by one. “What do you think, Mr. Ellison?”
If she didn’t get into David’s bed soon, she knew she would be in trouble.
Elizabeth’s plan was clear. If she could conceive Mr. Ellison’s child, her status and luxurious life would become untouchable.
Since her previous attempt to seduce him–stripping down only to be rejected–she had secretly studied ways to entice a man.
She was giving it her all now, confident that David wouldn’t resist her. Unless… unless he isn’t a real man!
Just as she reached for his belt, she suddenly felt her body lift. David effortlessly picked her up with one hand and set her aside. “It’s late. You should go home.”
Elizabeth looked utterly stunned. “Mr. Ellison, you… you want me to go home?”
“Yes,” he said, buttoning his shirt again. “I’ll arrange for a driver to take you.”
“But I don’t want to go, Mr. Ellison.”
David’s expression darkened slightly, showing his irritation.
He wasn’t in the mood for this. All he wanted was to be alone and enjoy a quiet cigarette.
Elizabeth noticed his displeasure and hesitated but forced herself to speak. “I just wanted to give myself to you again, Mr. Ellison.”
“I won’t touch you for now.”
“I know what you’re worried about,” Elizabeth said, meeting his eyes. “I don’t mind. Even if people mock or look down on me, I don’t care. Even if Caroline calls me a mistress and shameless, I accept it…”
She didn’t care about any of that. All she cared about was making sure she had David’s child, securing her place with him once and for all.
David stood and replied bluntly, “I care.”
He turned and headed upstairs without another glance.
“Mr. Ellison!” Elizabeth called after him. “When are you planning to get rid of Caroline’s child?”
David froze mid–step.
“That’s a bastard she had with another man. If word gets out, where will your reputation go? Mr. Ellison, you need to act quickly. If you delay any longer…”

Frustrated, she kicked over the medical kit at her feet. I have failed to seduce David and couldn’t do anything about Caroline’s child, nothing has gone as planned!
Elizabeth seethed. Caroline’s child had to be dealt with soon. Only then could she rest easy.
The more she thought about it, the angrier she became. Quickly dressing, she stormed out of the villa and headed to the gate.
Caroline was still kneeling there. She occasionally rubbed her knees or stretched her aching back, visibly uncomfortable.
But without David’s permission, she couldn’t stand. Even if she did, she would likely be forced back down.
When Elizabeth arrived, Caroline glanced at her briefly before turning away, choosing to ignore her.
“Hmph, pretending not to see me?” Elizabeth sneered, wearing an air of superiority. “It won’t work, Caroline. I came here specifically to vent my anger on you!”
“What do you want?” Caroline asked calmly.
Elizabeth burst into laughter. “Hahaha! Everything you did to me before–I’ll make you pay for it now! And I’ll make sure you suffer even more than I ever did!”
