Anna lowered her voice, speaking more seriously. “Honestly… I hope he really does love you. He’s perfect in every way. If you married him and he truly cherished you, you’d be the most envied woman in the entire city. Just imagine how amazing that would be.”

“What are you looking for?”
She turned toward the voice. It was David.
He was leaning against the wall, arms crossed, watching her indifferently.

“Then why are you in here?”
David countered, “Why shouldn’t I be?”
