Research and development were only the first step. The ultimate result would depend on the product’s performance after use.
Caroline and Anna divided the lotion and toner into sample sizes, creating over a hundred sets. They distributed the samples to the female employees.
“Starting tonight, please use this lotion and toner and document your experiences and any changes,” Caroline instructed. For those currently experiencing redness or sensitivity, apply a thick layer of lotion to your face. After thirty minutes, wipe it off, and you should notice significant improvement. Thank you all for your efforts. I’m looking forward to your feedback.”
If these women used the products without any adverse reactions, and the formulas proved effective for hydration, soothing redness, and combating sensitivity, the skincare line could move into production and prepare for launch.
Caroline was confident. As a skilled formulator, she was certain the products she developed would be flawless.
Returning to her desk, Caroline suddenly remembered the package she hadn’t had time to open earlier that morning.
Who sent it?
The sender’s name was a strange username. Muttering to herself, Caroline opened the package.
Inside were two pieces of paper.
She picked them up, glanced at them, and froze. Her fingers tightened around the pages, turning pale from the pressure.
The documents were copies of two transfer records.
A transaction of approximately thirteen thousand dollars and another of approximately twenty–seven thousand dollars were made, with Elizabeth as the sender.
The transfers were dated on the exact day Caroline had been kidnapped.
She didn’t recognize the recipient of the funds, but with the transfer records, it would be easy to trace.
This was it–the evidence Caroline had been longing for.
The proof she’d dreamed of was suddenly in her hands.
Too good to be true? Who would be so kind to help me like this?
Caroline rummaged through the package and found a sticky note inside, “I found the evidence. I hope it helps. Apologies for the delay caused by Julia.”
It was from Nash.
But… hadn’t Julia seen and deleted the message Caroline sent to him? How did Nash know I was searching for evidence? Did Julia tell him?

Chapter 93 Dream Evidence
Caroline couldn’t figure it out, but it didn’t matter now. With this evidence, she wanted to see how Elizabeth could possibly explain herself this time.
Carefully, she secured the papers in her bag.
The sky darkened as the sun set, painting the sky with streaks of vivid colors.

After work, Caroline returned to the Ellison residence, her mind preoccupied with how to present the evidence to David.
The moment she entered the living room, she spotted Elizabeth.
Well, well, she came to me instead. How convenient. Saves me the trouble.
This was a grudge Caroline was determined to settle.
“You’re back, Caroline,” Elizabeth greeted warmly. “I just prepared some freshly cut fruit. It’s sweet–have some.”
Her demeanor and posture made it seem like the Ellison residence was her own home.
Caroline didn’t refuse. She sat on the couch, took a few bites, and said, “Hmm, it is sweet.”
“Of course! I carefully selected these imported fruits myself,” Elizabeth said as she picked up a peeled grape and tried to feed it to David. “Mr. Ellison…”
David turned his head away, avoiding her.
Adjusting his collar, he said coldly, “If there’s nothing else, you can leave now.”
“Mr. Ellison, I just wanted to spend time with you. That’s all,” Elizabeth said, her voice soft. “I hardly get to see you. Unlike my sister, who spends all day with you at work and sleeps by your side at night. She’s so lucky.”
Caroline smiled faintly. “If you want this kind of luck, its all yours. Do you want it?”
