Chapter 581
Hearing Eva’s name, Mariela narrowed her eyes and asked, “Does Eason agree to the divorce? Have they settled it?”
“He doesn’t agree,” the caller said.“Perla and Eason argued at the hospital last night, making their divorce public. This morning, Perla hired a lawyer for the divorce agreement.”
Mariela said, “Eason probably won’t sign it. Perla might sue for divorce. Watch Perla closely and tell me any new updates immediately.”

He was a law firm partner, not tied to regular hours.

He brought a bouquet of light blue flowers, expensive varieties arranged beautifully.
“To celebrate your discharge, Ms. Logan,” Bryce gave the flowers to Mariela.
Mariela took the flowers and thanked him.
Deandre looked at Mariela with concern, “You’ve lost weight recently.”
Haleigh said, “Marie, I’ll cook a nice dinner for
you tonight. Will you come?”
Mariela nodded.“Okay, thanks.”
“Haleigh got you a gift,” Deandre smiled.
“Why did you tell her?” Haleigh pretended to be angry and glared at Deandre.“It’s not a surprise
