“You,” Mariela puffed up her cheeks in anger and glared at him,“you are the donkey!”
Lennon was already in college at that time. New York University was more than twenty kilometers away from Ashlee’s school, so even if Lennon received a phone call and rushed over immediately, it would be too late.
