Lennon’s eyes twinkled with a smile, “Didn’t I say to give it a try and see if I had any issues in that area?”

Mariela shook her head like a tambourine and quickly begged for mercy, “I was wrong, I was really wrong, Lenny, I was talking nonsense, you definitely have no problem!”
Lennon’s voice was hoarse and seductive, “How do you know if you don’t try?”
The girl bit her lip, lowered her head, and looked at her toes, with a well–behaved appearance of admitting her mistake, Anyway, I know I was wrong…”
Lennon laughed.
His Marie was thin–skinned, so he decided to stop teasing her.
Lennon no longer troubled the little girl and obediently ordered breakfast.
After dinner, Lennon talked to Mariela about going to Whiteface Mountain tomorrow to watch the meteor shower.
As he had expected, Mariela’s eyes lit up when she heard about the meteor shower, and she eagerly exclaimed, “I haven’t seen a meteor shower before! Let’s go! Of course, I’ll invite Fiona and Caylee too.”
Lennon smiled and agreed.
God knows he only wanted to have a private world with her.
But there was no way around it, Marie loved being around people and the first thing that came to her mind when she saw the meteor shower was her two best friends.
Thinking about the unpleasant experience Lauryn had with Mariela at the stable last time, Lennon felt it necessary to tell Mariela that Lauryn would also be going this time.
Lauryn was indeed his sister, and if Mariela were to marry him in the future, she would also be his sister. It would not be possible to end the relationship between Mariela and Lauryn just because of a slight unpleasantness that happened last time.
“Marie, my sister will also go hiking tomorrow, do you
Mariela paused, “Is it Lauryn?”
Lennon nodded slightly, “Hmm.”
mind?”
Remembering what happened last time at the racetrack, Mariela lowered her gaze, her excitement suddenly plummeted, and her voice no longer sounded as enthusiastic as before.“Oh, sure, I don’t mind.”
Lennon touched Mariela’s head and said, “Okay.”
He knew that Marie, his family member, was not that kind of narrow–minded person.
For the entire morning, the two of them stayed huddled on the couch.
Mariela was in charge of using her phone to search for strategies online, while Lennon was responsible for causing mischief. He would alternate between wanting to kiss and wanting to hug, and would intentionally blow hot air behind Mariela’s ear to tease her.
Mariela turned her head and pretended to be angry, saying, “Lennon, can you be honest, please?”
Lennon lowered his head, and his warm thin lips landed on Mariela’s collarbone, lingering and exploring.
“Don’t be silly,” Mariela dodged backwards, while extending a hand to Lennon’s chest. “I was looking up the guide, if we miss the meteor shower tomorrow because of this, I won’t talk to you anymore.”
