Chapter 496
Andrew looked at Hugh with a cold smirk and said, “I’ll give you a choice. Slap yourself ten times, admit you’re a loser, and promise never to show your face in front of me again.”
He added, “Do that, and I might consider letting you walk out of here.”
Hugh froze for a moment. However, he soon burst into loud laughter. “Are you out of your damn mind? Fiona, did you hear this moron?!”
He howled, “This idiot actually thinks he can give me a choice. What a joke! He’s just begging to die.”
Fiona sneered at Andrew with disdain. “You’re gonna regret this. In a minute, Hugh’s gonna have you crying for mercy on your knees, begging him to stop!”
She scoffed. “And your tramp of a girlfriend? Hugh’s gonna deal with her too. Next time, learn to steer clear when you meet a big shot like Hugh”
Hugh’s face darkened as he pointed at Andrew. “Get on your knees right now. I’m giving you three seconds to decide. If you don’t, I’ll smash your head open!”
The other diners shook their heads in pity, thinking Andrew was young and too impulsive for his own good.
One whispered, “That Hugh guy’s a real thug. I’ve heard rumors that he’s even killed people before. That poor guy is seriously out of his league.”
“Honestly, I feel bad for his girlfriend,” another murmured. “She’s gorgeous, but what’s the point when the guy she’s with can’t even protect her? He’s all looks and no backbone.”
“Let’s just leave–I can’t watch another second of this. When Hugh gets angry, there’ll surely be violence.”
The restaurant owner peeked nervously out of the kitchen before ducking back inside with a sigh. He ran a small business and could not afford to meddle, especially against someone as infamous as Hugh.
Feeling helpless, he muttered to himself, “Sorry, kids, but I can’t stick my neck out for you. It’s not like I could do anything to stop Hugh anyway.”
Andrew ignored Hugh’s threats and turned to Lauren with a calm smile. “Lauren, what do you think we should do with him?”
Lauren tapped her chin thoughtfully before her eyes lit up. “Well,” she said with a sly grin, ‘ since their mouths are so filthy, maybe we should make them taste real filth.”
Andrew raised an eyebrow. “This is a restaurant. There’s only food here.”

Lauren smirked and replied, “Let’s go with the grossest thing here–the kitchen slop bucket. That stuff smells so bad, I almost threw up last time I caught a whiff.”

Andrew chuckled. “Great Idea. Let’s give these two losers a taste of the slop bucket special.
Hugh’s face turned beet red as he fumed with rage. “You little punk! You’re dead! I’m gonna smash your face in and take your woman!”
With a wicked grin, Hugh swung his fist toward Andrew’s head. Fiona clapped her hands excitedly and cheered, “Yes! Hit him, Hugh! Teach those two losers a lesson!”
Before Fiona could finish her sentence, Lauren stood up, stepped forward, and slapped fier across the face with a loud crack.
Fiona stumbled, clutching her cheek in shock. She screeched, “You hit me?! You actually hit me?! I’ll kill you!”
Fiona lunged at Lauren in a fit of rage, but Lauren stayed calm. With two swift, stinging slaps, she sent Fiona sprawling to the floor. The woman landed with a thud, too stunned to get back up.
Meanwhile, Hugh’s punch was effortlessly caught mid–swing by Andrew, who smiled coolly. With his free hand, Andrew delivered a hard slap across Hugh’s face, the force so strong it echoed through the room. Hugh staggered backward, dazed, and collapsed onto the ground, knocking over plates and silverware in the process.
