Nancy’s pupils constricted with shock, and it wasn’t just her–Lenard and Potter were visibly taken aback as well.

This had to be some kind of joke!
Judson’s brow furrowed deeply as he quickly scanned the room, noticing a lot of people glued to their phones, expressions ranging from disbelief to intrigue.
Clearly, Cyrus was aware of it too.
Almost in unison, Judson and Cyrus whipped out their phones, diving straight into the trending topics.
One glance was enough to change their expressions dramatically.

Nancy instantly sensed something was off. She turned to Lenard and reached out her hand. “Hand me your phone.”
Lenard, sensing trouble, quickly passed his phone to Nancy.
She opened the trending section, and there it was, topping the list. She clicked on it.
The screen filled with images from today’s NY Fashion Week, showing Nora strutting down the runway in a burgundy velvet gown, holding a portfolio of design sketches.
Not only that, every model on the runway was wearing outfits and jewelry identical to those worn by celebrities at the current event. And each model carried a design sketch.
Nancy’s face darkened instantly. Lenard and Potter mirrored her reaction, their expressions grim.
They had been set up.
Reporters closest to the stage couldn’t contain their excitement: “Miss Lena, why are the jewelry and outfits from the TX show identical to those here? They have the sketches–did you copy them?”
“Yeah, Miss Lena, are you guilty of plagiarism?”
“Miss Lena, please respond! Did Lenard help with the plagiarism, or was it just you?”
If a designer is accused of plagiarism, especially at such a major event, their career could be over. Not only that, but their past work would also come under scrutiny, with its authenticity questioned.
Potter was instantly furious: “Nonsense! The original sketches are in my office! These are definitely Lenard and
Lena’s creations.”
Nancy, however, remained calm: “Every draft that Lenard and I created is stored in our email, specifically to prevent theft. I’d like to ask the TX representatives what methods they used to steal our original sketches.”
The crowd erupted into murmurs and gasps.
Judson, his expression now stormy, turned his gaze to Michael.

Even the reporters were stunned: “Miss Penny, are you saying Nora orchestrated this because she was jealous of you?”
