Late at night at the Earl Hotel’s inner clubs, Haley found Alex, who was passed out on the sofa, completely drunk

Seeing Alex relax back on the couch, Haley stormed out, slamming the door, Fuming, she stepped onto the street outside the club, ready to make a call. Suddenly, her sharp eyes caught sight of Aaron getting out of a taxi.
He didn’t show any signs of heartbreak even though they hadn’t seen each other for a while. In his prosecutor’s uniform, he looked taller and more handsome than ever.
The shiny badge on his left chest marked his status, a dream he’d pursued for years. Now, as a respected prosecutor, he had finally achieved his dream.
