Chapter 340
“Mr. Warren, I’m throwing it out right now!”
Barry watched as his boss’s face darkened, quickly sealing up the package and calling for it to be taken away.
“Bring it back!” Alex spoke in an annoyed tone.
Everyone turned their gaze over.
Justin said, “Uncle Alex, with your status, you can have any woman you want. Why go for a fake one?”
Layton chimed in, “Alex, this wouldn’t happen to be from that girl, would it?”
If it were anyone else, Alex would have already gone after them with a sword instead of letting it slide.

Alex came over, grabbed the big box from Barry’s arms, and took it directly into the office lounge in front of everyone.
The people behind him looked at each other, but no one dared to speak up.
At noon, Evan saw Alex pull a large box from the car’s trunk and quickly called for help.
“No need.” Alex, with a stern look, carried the box upstairs by himself.
At the master bedroom on the second floor. Alex opened the box and saw the mixed–race silicone doll Ellie had given him, feeling so angry his chest hurt.
He stood up, angrily grasped the doll by the neck, and dragged it into the cloakroom. Pulling open a top shelf cabinet, he shut the doll away inside it.
Standing still for a moment, Alex turned around to leave.
As he reached the doorway, he paused, spun back and took the doll out again.
Alex opened the wardrobe and shoved the doll inside.
Who knows what he touched, but the doll suddenly let out a soft moan.
Alex was speechless.
A few minutes later, Alex finally found the doll’s “switch” and, with a dark expression, threw the doll onto his bed.
Alex took off his jacket and stood at the foot of the bed, with a thin layer of sweat covering him.
“You little brat, if you make another sound, I’ll squeeze the life out of you.” Alex pointed at the doll on the bed, gritting his teeth.
“You don’t even care when I’m hurt!”
“Send this thing to my office.”
“Such a daft toy!”

Chapter 340
Alex was so furious he felt drained, sitting straight against the wall and lighting a cigarette.
He took out his phone, opened Ellie’s chat, and quickly typed a message.
Hesitating, he deleted it all and started anew, contemplating his words, then erasing again… the pattern continued.

At 3 PM, Alex was followed by his assistant, Chris, and his trusted confidant, Barry, as they exited the CEO’s private elevator.
“I never expected our boss to be so handsome and yet such a flirt”
“Rich people tend to be a bit eccentric. They probably do even crazier things in private.”
“Our boss is both handsome and wealthy. Who knows how many women have tried to get into his bed, satisfied. He must have quite the appetite.”
“I think Alex might not be into women.”
“What do you think, is Alex the dominant one or not?”

Not far away, Alex’s face was dark with anger, his fists clenched tightly.
Seeing this, Chris rushed over. “Tell your manager to come see me.”
A few employees turned around, their faces changing dramatically when they saw Chris.
In the executive office, Alex angrily threw his jacket onto the sofa
He had just picked up his coffee and hadn’t taken a sip yet, when Barry nervously handed him the phone. “Mr. Warren, it’s the police station calling.”
When they arrived at the station, they found out that Justin had beaten up Leonard. Ellie had reported it, and Justin was brought into the station.
Outside the police station, Alex watched Ellie and Leonard walk out together, his deep–set eyes flickering with uncertainty. He stood by the car without moving, his steady gaze locked onto Ellie.
“Uncle Alex, that’s the guy.” Justin pointed at Leonard standing next to Ellie. “That’s the guy holding Ellie’s hand. I saw it myself.”
