Although Ellie had never liked Quinlee’s sapphire–colored contact lenses, Ellie could see from this incident that Quinlee was genuinely trying to help the Warren family.

The next morning, Carlos was readmitted to the hospital and underwent a full medical examination that day.
Ryker personally performed the second surgery in the morning, and it was a success.
A few days later, Carlos‘ condition began to improve.
