One hour later.
They went to the supermarket to buy fresh ingredients and headed towards the famous Mystic Pines Haven in Larkspire City.
The community had excellent amenities, including property management and access control, which pleased Anna. Most importantly, it was quiet and convenient for her work.

“I found this place. Are you satisfied?” Julian asked. “Yes, very satisfied.” replied Mason enthusiastically. “Yay, I finally have a home in Larkspire City I’ll find Daddy soon too!”

“Now, this is the registration process for the design competition. Anna, take a look. Besides preparing your personal information, you’ll need to input you: portrait on–site tomorrow.”
“Okay.” Anna replied quietly.
“Also, the theme of the competition will be announced tomorrow on the spot. Right now, nobody knows what the theme is,”
Julian furrowed his brows. “I have surgery to perform tomorrow, so I won’t be able to accompany you to input the portrait or select the theme. Larkspire City has changed a lot; can you handle it yourself?”

Anna read through the competition process attentively.
“I heard that Laura is also participating in the competition.”
“Isn’t that even better?” She smirked and lightly laughed. “Julian, I was worried she wouldn’t participate, but it seems I was overly concerned.”

After Julian left. Anna put Mason to sleep and began researching the competition format, including past entries.
Bored, she suddenly remembered Julian’s words and decided to check the “TalkTide” forum.

“TalkTide” was a forum where numerous hackers gathered. They occasionally posted tasks, and although she hadn’t taken on any tasks, she had seen a lot of information about herself there

After submitting her personal information and uploading her portrait, she sat in the contestant seating area, waiting for the interview and the unveiling of the theme.

“Contestant number 11. Anna, please proceed to room 21 for the initial interview for the mini theme competition.”
As soon as she stepped out of the room where she had uploaded her portrait, Laura heard the announcement and her heart leaped into her throat.

Laura forced a smile and took a seat in the waiting area. However, she couldn’t shake the unease that had settled in her mind. Five years ago, they never found Anna’s body!
They had only held a funeral for her in name. Kate had reassured her that Anna had drowned in the river and was definitely dead. But why had she been seeing glimpses of Anna in the past few days?

For her, this was a piece of cake, considering she had designed over a hundred bracelets when she first started her career in design.
So, there was no difficulty for her.
She finished in just ten minutes.

According to the rules interviewers weren’t allowed to see the contestants‘ resumes until after the comprehensive evaluation and combining with the resumes for the next round.
But today, he couldn’t help but ask.
Before Anna could reply, another female interviewer exclaimed. “Are you wearing the limited edition Cheap Halo set?”

Ocean Halusel was part of the Ocean series, comprising twelve sets in total. It was said to be designed exclusively for the creator, a designer named Glima, and was nearly impossible to buy even if you had the money.
