The house had been decorated like a dreant
Flowers and candles were scattered throughout every corner, light gauze and balloons surrounded the space–these decorations were rare in the Empire and were clearly in the Earth style.
What surprised Nyx even more was the attire of her mates.
She stared at Theon in his military uniform and Zayne in his doctor’s outfit, and then looked at the other mates, and suddenly realized–this was how they had looked when they first met.
The males surrounded her, their gazes gentle as they looked at her.
“Nyx, will you be our matron?” As the main planner of the event, Aurelius kneeled on one knee and held up a ring.
Nyx stood there, unable to snap out of it for a while.
She thought back to Coleman’s mysterious smile and finally understood why he had asked her to try on the two crowns. They were wedding headpieces prepared for her.
During their trip to Earth, the males had done a lot of research, learning about Earth’s wedding ceremonies and wanting to give their beloved female a grand wedding
Nyx looked at her mates kneeling before her, her heart pounding wildly.
Even though they had been living together for six years, with three cubs now, being asked for marriage so formally still made her feel emotional. After all, she had grown up on Earth. As a child, she had also fantasized about proposals and weddings like other little girls
She extended her hand, allowing Aurelius to put the ring on her.
“What’s this?” The material of the ring felt strangely familiar to her.
The band was made of wood, with a transparent gemstone that looked very unique.
Nyx curiously touched the gemstone, and to her surprise, it began to glow with a dazzling light.
“It’s a branch of the Divine Tree, entwined with the Sacred Crystal” Aurelius took her hand and kissed it lightly. “The Divine Tree made the rings for us and even picked the perfect date for the wedding.”
The wedding was set for three days later.
Even though it wasn’t widely publicized and only friends and family were invited, the wedding still caused a stir across the entire empire. The whole StarNet was set ablaze.

“Awww… It’s making me want to get married too.” Archie bit a little handkerchief, tears of emotion streaming down his face.
The boss was holding Dollar and the tabby cat in each arm. Upon hearing this, he shot Archie a disdainful look. “You don’t even have a girlfriend, so what wedding are you talking about?”
“Uh, Archie choked and tried to explain, I can still prepare in advance, right?”
Such a grand and beautiful ceremony–after witnessing it, no one could remain indifferent.
Even the Queen clapped and wished them well, while showing signs of envy and longing.
She couldn’t help but glance meaningfully at Emperor and a few other mates. When she received no response, she glared at them, growing irritated.
Truly a bunch of nerds. With such clueless fathers who don’t know how to please females, it’s no wonder their other sons turn out as foolish as those royal princes. Aurelius must be the rare, smart and considerate one, she thought.
Emperor and several Dukes were focused on watching the ceremony, suddenly feeling a strange chill on their backs.
They weren’t sure what they had done wrong, so they could only smile awkwardly at Queen the matron.
The cake on the table had already been cut, and Emperor hurriedly took a piece and fed it to Queer
As she tasted the cake, Queen’s eyes lit up. She thought. It’s delicious.
The wedding cake was handmade by Theon–rich, smooth, sweet but not overly so, a treat that couldn’t be found anywhere else in the Palace.
No longer concerned with criticizing her mates, Queen immersed herself in the satisfaction brought by the sweet treat.
The banquet lasted from noon until evening. As dusk fell, the lights came on, decorating the manor like a fairytale, with flower petals gently falling from the air.
Dollar raised a paw to catch a petal, and with the tabby cat, they playfully fought over it.
When they looked up, they saw Nyx, now dressed in traditional wedding attire. They immediately stopped fighting and meowed as they pounced at her feet. They found Nyx utterly beautiful in that moment, unable to take their eyes off her.
The vibrant color was both dignified and passionate, making Nyx appear even more delicate than a flower. Under the radiant crown, her face was irresistibly charming.
Everyone present was stunned. Nyx was also very pleased with her appearance. She took a selfie and posted it on her StarNet
