The desire for the SSS–level female prompted Valen’s father to immediately take action, arranging for stalkers to lurk near Felix’s residence.
Unfortunately, Felix’s residence was too large, and outsiders couldn’t even get close to the core area.

Theon and Zayne went to the location where the alarm was triggered to investigate.
Not long after, the two of them returned, carrying a pitiful–looking, furry creature.
The furry creature was black and white, its fur looking like it had been struck by lightning, with several wounds. It made soft, baby–like whimpering sounds, reaching out its paws towards Nyx.
Nyx couldn’t help but widen her eyes, her heart aching. It was a panda’s cub.
She instinctively reached out to take the panda from Theon, but he stopped her. “Don’t touch it. It’s a Beastman.”
It was precisely because it was a Beastman that it had triggered the security system and been driven away so miserably.
The reason Theon and Zayne hadn’t ruthlessly chased it away or sent it to prison was because it was just a cub.
It looked no older than six.
Nyx frowned. “Why is a cub wandering around alone? Where’s its family?”
Felix glanced at the message on his Intelligent Brain and said, “Its family is outside.”
The panda cub hadn’t gotten lost. Its family had taken it out, but it had run off and entered the manor. The family had watched it disappear, but they couldn’t enter due to the security measures.
Nyx breathed a sigh of relief.
After hesitating, she still opened her arms to Theon, insisting, “Let me hold it. It’s still young. It’s okay.”
The whimpering panda cub was too pitiful. Even if it was a Beastman, it was far from being old enough to be wary of. There was no need to avoid it so much.
Unable to persuade Nyx, Theon reluctantly handed the panda cub to her.

“Take it to the hospital for treatment,” Nyx urged.
Although they were all superficial wounds, it still pained her to see them.
The panda cub’s father didn’t seem to care much. He grabbed the cub and looked it over. “It’s okay. They’re all superficial wounds. Males are tough. There’s no need to go to the hospital. We’ll just use the medical pod at home.”
‘How could that be okay?‘ Nyx was shocked.
But looking around, neither Felix, Theon, nor Zayne, as a professional, objected.
Nyx was momentarily speechless.
