After he came back, he found out that he suddenly had a girlfriend.
At first, Terrence was annoyed, feeling that Valerie was really a chatterbox.
But gradually, he actually got used to Valerie being by his side.
There was a time when Valerie fell ill and didn’t stay by his side, and he inexplicably felt a bit empty in his heart. Snapping back from his memories, Terrence suddenly thought of something.
He turned his head to look at Valerie beside him.
Since when did Valerie become so reticent?
Her change seemed to have begun from her repeated attempts to stop him from flying to France.
At first, Valerie would quarrel with him hysterically. But later, her attitude towards him became increasingly cold.
And recently, she had never quarreled with him over Margaret again.
This discovery somehow made Terrence panic again.
“Valerie, Margaret returned to the country because…” He wanted to explain something, but Valerie interrupted him.
“That’s the place where we had our first date,” she said as she opened the door and got out of the car. She didn’t want to hear Margaret’s nar today.
Terrence followed and got out of the car too.
Then, Valerie stood in front of a hot dog stand.
Terrence was the richest person in Houston, and naturally, the Crawford family had always taken special care to protect its heir.
Thus, he had never tried street food like hot dogs.
But Valerie liked to come here with Terrence and let him try street food.
And this hot dog stand was the first food stand she took Terrence to back then.
She still remembered how deep Terrence’s frown was when he saw the hot dogs being served to him at that time.
Valerie snapped back to reality from her memories. And just like back in the day, she ordered two hot dogs.“Sir, two hot dogs, please.” “Okay! In a minute! You may find a seat first.”
It was the first time that the owner of this stall saw such a good–looking couple, and he was momentarily stunned.
Valerie took a seat in the same position as she did back then.
