Valerie rubbed her forehead.
There were a lot of things to deal with.
The only thing worth celebrating was that Ricky somehow managed to make Jazlynn agree to cancel the marriage alliance.
Valerie looked at several houses online. It was late, so she went to bed.
Just as she had fallen asleep, she received a phone call from Houston.
She reflexively thought it was a call from Terrence.
When she finally saw “Roderick” on the screen, she couldn’t help but laugh at herself.
She thought, “Terrence wished I would leave.

“Roderick, has there been any progress in the equity division?” It was so late, and Valerie could only think of this possibility.

Roderick broke the silence and said, “Someone called me today, claiming that there was an issue with a company under your name and they needed to reach you personally. So, I wanted to ask if you have received any strange phone calls recently?”
Valerie’s heart skipped a beat. “I did receive a phone call, saying that there was a problem with the company, but as you know, there is only one left in Houston, which is Tearie Entertainment. You should know better than me if Tearie Entertainment has any issues, right?” company
