Chapter 2
And to prove their relationship, Sia leaned forward to kiss Sebastian’s cheek, but due to her short height, the kiss fell on his Adam’s apple.
Sebastian looked down; his Adam’s apple hobbled up and down as he stared at Sta.
“Good speaking.

The kiss was so intense and passionate, and when they parted, Sla was slightly out of breath with a blush marring her cheeks,
“Ms. Blackwood, did you fear getting dumped by Mr. Sinclair? Is that why you left him and threw yourself into the arms of the abhorred monster of the Sterling family?”
A reporter in the crowd dared to ask.
Hearing the reporter’s words, Sia stopped mid–step and smiled charmingly as she looked over.
“Fascinating question indeed.”
“Let me tell you very seriously, it’s me dumped Nathan because he is not worthy to be a man, he can’t please a woman at all, my boyfriend is much better than him!”
Atfer those reporters leaved, the two went to the bridal shop.
Sia sat on the sofa, waiting for Sebastian to try on his suit as she scrolled through her Twitter. It has been. a while since the reporters left, but there was no news about her scandal on it. It was so strange.
Ten minutes later, Sebastian emerged from the changing room in his crisp suit.
He looked taller and more muscular in the suit that fit him perfectly, even though it was just a random pick.

$ realised that even from just their back, that scumbag Nathan didn’t hold a candle
It wasn’t fair that the right side of his face was ruined in the fire that night. If it weren’t for the scars on his face, ladies would be flocking around him like moths to the flame.
Just as Sia was lost in her thoughts, her phone rang.
She glanced at the caller ID and saw her father’s name flashing across the screen; Mr. Jonathan
The Millionaire’s Unforgivable Mistake
Blackwood.
Sia bit her lower lip. Ever since she was a child, her parents favored her sister. This time, her sister is at fault for stealing her boyfriend. She wondered if her father would deal with it fairly and give her an explanation.
“Tather.” She greeted softly as she pressed the call button.
“What have you done, Anastasia Blackwood! Had Nathan not suppressed the media’s news reports, do you know the consequences of your actions? You can’t afford to pay the results! When will you ever be as sensible as your sister?”
Her father continues to scold her, blatantly ignoring Nathan’s betrayal and Rose’s frame up, only seeing
her fault.
“Dad, today was supposed to be my engagement party with Nathan; instead, he teamed up with my sister to frame me. They also arranging reporters outside the hotel. I only retaliate to protect myself. What did I do wrong? Don’t you think you’re biased? Am I even your biological daughter?”
Sia’s eyes were red and moist as she defended herself. As the youngest daughter, she had suffered lots of unfair treatment. Even now, her father remained indifferent to her pain. The only thing he ever cared
about was his interests.
“Nonsense!” He bellowed on the other side of the phone. “Watch your words with me. Don’t spouting nonsense without proof. Rosalind did nothing wrong: Mr. Sinclair was blind in the past, but now he has realized his love was for Rosalind, as a younger sister, you should bless them. But look at what you’ve done, showing your true colors and messing with Sebastian. I want you back home right now!” Jonathan
roared.
Of course, her father hates Sebastian. After all, he is rumored to have a low social status even within his family. Sebastian wasn’t favored; his facial scars only added to his disadvantage.
To her father, such a son–in–law could not bring benefits to the Blackwood family at all.
Sia laughed bitterly at her father’s ridiculous logic.
“Dad, I’m not coming back. I’ll prove to everyone that even without Nathan, I would still live fine.”
Without waiting for his reply, she hung up. This time, she would not tolerate her father’s favoritism any longer and let him manipulate her life.
Listening to her conversation with her father, Sebastian pretended to adjust his cuffs with a frown marring his face.
Sia has chosen him to get back at her family. And since she had chosen him, he would not let her down.
Chapter 2
“I’ll go to the locker room and change the cloth.”
Sia was startled by Sebastian’s deep voice, having forgotten his presence. Then she nodded listlessly.
After Sebastian stepped into the locker room, he took out his phone to make a call.
“Alex, remember that piece of land Mr. Nathaniel Sinclair had his eyes on recently? Get it for me. I want it at any cost. As for Mr. Blackwood, keep an eye on him. I’ll let him pay for what he did.”
At this moment, Sia had no idea that Sebastian had already started a battle for her sake.
It was already evening when the two of them were done with their outfit; hence they went straight to the engagement party which would take place at the Global Hotel.
But much to their dismay, the place was empty despite all the attention it drew in the morning.
But that was expected since Nathan had appeared on the media earlier during the day, threatening whoever dared to attend Sia’s engagement party, claiming that doing so would be openly confronting the Sinclair family.
