Chapter 103
The two killers stared coldly at Stuart, regarding him as if he were already dead.
They had already figured out how Stuart would die.
He was drunk and took drugs. He was delirious, leading him to engage in self–harm and, ultimately, suicide.
One of the killers forced a knife into Stuart’s hand and then used Stuart’s hand to cut Stuart’s own arm.
Stuart wasn’t wearing a coat, only a striped shirt. The knife cut through the fabric of his shirt, causing blood to gush out, staining his sleeve red, and dripping from his fingertips.
He wailed in pain. He curled up, trying to protect his arm.

Juliette’s car arrived at the gate of Golden Breeze. With a beautiful drift, the car stopped.
She got out of the car and tossed the key to the staff, indicating them to park the car.
Juliette walked into Golden Breeze and took out her phone to call Patrick.
Unexpectedly, a large hand shot out from behind, trying to grab her shoulder. “Isn’t this Mrs. Clarke? Fancy meeting you here-”
When the other party’s hand was about to touch her shoulder, Juliette had already felt it. Before the other party could finish speaking, she turned and kicked him to the side with a roundhouse kick.
“Damn it, Juliette, how dare you hit me?” Laurence growled from the ground.
People were watching, all of them Laurence’s friends, which made him feel embarrassed.
Juliette looked down at him. “It’s not the first time I’ve hit you. What’s there to be afraid of? I’m still alive and well, aren’t I? You’re only alive because you’re lucky. Such arrogance will be your downfall.”
Laurence trembled with anger.
Juliette suddenly thought of something and stepped forward, lifting his chin with the tip of her shoe.
“You want to sleep with me?” Juliette winked at him, her voice suddenly soft and seductive.
She was beautiful, and her deliberate seduction was captivating. Laurence had always been attracted to her beauty, and he couldn’t resist it.
“What?” He gulped.
“If you want to sleep with me, follow me.”
Juliette retreated her foot and purposefully walked to a secluded place.
Laurence immediately felt hopeful when he saw that. He was so overwhelmed by lust that he no longer felt the pain.
He even thought that Juliette’s sudden change was because his threat had worked.

He immediately got up and followed Juliette. No matter what, he had to make her his first. Once she became his woman, he would deal with her later.
Juliette continued walking to a more secluded place.
The phone rang twice. She glanced at it. It was Patrick calling, but before she could answer, the ringing stopped.
Juliette was worried about Stuart’s safety and decided to deal swiftly with Laurence.
So, she turned around, and while Laurence was preoccupied with lust and caught off guard, she took him down.
As soon as Juliette stepped on Laurence, Patrick suddenly appeared in front of her. She blinked her long eyelashes.
She thought, ‘What a coincidence.
“Have your men seize him. Torture him, and make him confess where Stuart is specifically,” Juliette said.
This was her purpose in tricking Laurence into coming here. She suspected that it was Finn who had arranged for Stuart to be taken away.
“Also, let Finn know that you’ve captured his older brother. That should give his men pause before they attack Stuart.”
Two men immediately came out from behind Patrick and seized Laurence.
Patrick said, “Get him to talk as soon as possible, and let me know immediately if you get any useful information.”
The two men quickly obeyed his order and left.
“I’m sure Stuart is at Golden Breeze, but I’ve checked all the monitored rooms at Golden Breeze, and he’s not in any of them,” Juliette said.
Patrick frowned. Golden Breeze had hundreds of rooms. He wondered how she could check them all so quickly.
“I’ve already arranged for men to search every room,” Patrick said, his lips pursed and his face cold.
Every minute they delayed, Stuart was in more danger. But Golden Breeze was so big, with so many rooms.
“Having too many people to search would alert the other party and force them to act quickly, which would be very detrimental to Stuart.”
“Well, yes.” Patrick agreed because he had already considered the situation Juliette mentioned.
Juliette approached him. “Let’s go and negotiate with their boss.”
“Huh?” A hint of doubt flashed across Patrick’s eyes.
But Juliette had already grabbed his hand and was leading him forward through the long corridor, past door after door until they finally stopped at the door of Room SSSS.
Along the way, Juliette told him, “Finn wants to kill Stuart to get back at us. But he won’t let his people do it. He’ll only hire professionals.
“It can’t be street thugs, so it must be professional killers. The killers are also from the killer organization, and it just so happens that the leader of this organization is also in Golden Breeze. Let’s go find him now.”
Patrick knew what she was talking about. But he didn’t know how Juliette knew that the leader was also in Golden Breeze.

Now, they were standing at the door of Room 8888, and the leader was inside.
“Do you play chess?” Juliette said, “This man likes to play chess. Beat him in chess, and then ask him for a favor?
Patrick was lost for words.
“I know a game of chess takes at least an hour, and Stuart doesn’t have that much time. But you can stall for time so they won’t notice our people are saving Stuart.”
After Juliette finished speaking, a staff member came over and led them inside.
This was a staff member that Juliette had contacted in advance. Of course, it would require a staff member to escort them to such a special room.
The room was large, but there weren’t many people inside.
Two people were playing chess.
One of them was a gentle, bespectacled man in his fifties, who wore a white shirt and a gray knitted vest.
The other was a graceful woman in her forties, wearing a vintage dress.
No one would associate them with killers. They seemed to be a world away from that profession.
However, as soon as Juliette entered, she sensed a murderous aura. There must be many people protecting the two in the dark.
Patrick and Juliette exchanged glances and approached.
Fortunately, the chess game was almost over, rather than just starting.
However, it seemed to be an endgame already, and neither of them was willing to admit defeat. Hence, it was a stalemate.
For chess enthusiasts, the last move could be a stalemate that lasted for ten days to half a month.
Patrick suddenly grabbed Juliette’s hand, and shook his head at her, signaling her not to act rashly, and let him handle it.
At this moment, in the dark and damp basement, Stuart’s entire arm was covered in gaping wounds that were oozing blood. The man transferred the knife to his other hand and began to make marks on Stuart’s other arm.
